Fox News Takes Advantage (as usual) of London Attack
At least three anchors for Fox News made remarks after the London bombings that if anyone had made them after 9/11, we would be calling for them to be fired or worse. The commentary of Josh Gibson by far the most offensive. From the Guardian:Fox News host, John Gibson, said before the blasts that the International Olympic Committee "missed a golden opportunity" by not awarding the 2012 games to France. "If they had picked France instead of London to hold the Olympics, it would have been the one time we could look forward to where we didn't worry about terrorism. They'd blow up Paris, and who cares?" He added: "This is why I thought the Brits should let the French have the Olympics - let somebody else be worried about guys with backpack bombs for a while."
It is incredibly sad that loss of life is valueless unless it is an American life. I should start a website called "God Bless America and No Place Else."
Gibson said that the Olympic Committee "missed a golden opportunity" to have French people killed instead of Brits. I have news for you Josh, millionaire, fake news anchor, I've been to both London and Paris recently and neither have the 'God bless us and nobody else' attitude that some fake Christians have in America.
This is sickening.

Let me say something else. This is the major newspaper in Britain along with its sister equivalent, the Observer. So imagine if this article appeared in the New York Times and the Washington Post and you start to get a feel for how damaging Fox News is to the WORLD'S VIEW OF AMERICA.
Once upon a time, we were held in high regard. If America was involved, then one new that we were on the side of right. This administration has single handedly sullied our reputation worldwide.
This isn't a big deal when you are peddling 'hate' of countries like when they changed french fries to freedom fries because we couldn't bully the French into doing what we said. This is a big deal when you consider that the only way to fight global terrorism is through international cooperation. We just had CIA agents arrested in Italy.
Having the mightiest military in the world only means that we can defend our soil against a conventional military attack by another nation. It means nothing if a terrorist cell hides in Canada for five years, awakens and strikes on some political anniversary date. It means nothing when you try to occupy another country with not enough troops and true international cooperation. No man is an island.
